1. My name is Xiaoping Liu and I have a Ph.D. in Polymer Material Science. I was a Financial Advisor with multiple licenses, a natural medicine self-practitioner, a democracy movement activist from China, and a truth seeker including the 911 World Trade Center terrorist attack truth.

34. In recent times, the Chinese government transitioned from Deng Xiaoping’s reform ideology, largely derived from my Open Letter to a more conventional Marxist and Maoist governance with stringent control. This shift can be attributed, in part, to the global shift from a multi-polar to a unipolar world, where the United States exerts dominance, particularly following the 9/11 World Trade Center “terrorist” attack.
42. After the 911 tragedy, scientists around the world knew that the supposedly two commercial airplanes “flying” into the WTC twin towers in New York City can not tear down these structural steel towers. 43. However, because I was a material scientist with a Ph.D. in Polymer material science, also through extensive research and communication with scientists especially nuclear energy scientists, I found a highly possible mechanism that can explain the disappearance of the millions of tons of steeled material. Years ago, I received a demographic diagram (Exhibition 12) of a deep underground hydrogen bomb explosion from a Chinese research institute. That may perfectly explain why a combination of fusion devices and nano-thermite explosive devices most likely demolished the Twin Towers. The eye-catching live TV shows of airplanes that crashed into the Twin Towers are merely Computer Graphics movie editing techniques only and the CG technology was not so popular then. Therefore, It is possible that the Chinese government, together with other unidentified parties such as Twin Tower insiders, and other US enemies, domestic and foreign, are culprits of the destruction of the WTC towers.
44. This worries me and my pro-democracy activists colleagues. Because of the US-led worldwide “anti-terrorist” war, any dissident or oppressed people, including Chinese pro-democracy activists will be deprived of the means of rebellion if they ever acted like senf-defenders. For example, one prominent and brave Chinese pro-democracy leader Dr. Wang BingZhang was sentenced to lifetime prison, only because he was accused of proposing some type of forceful power to fight against tyranny in China.
45. Therefore, through this lawsuit, and possible class action lawsuits thereafter, we can tell the world the real truth of the collapse of the World Trade Center. It’s well known that former US president George W Bush, who was the highest commander during this “anti-terrorist” war and wars thereafter, happened to be a good friend of Mr. David Wong(Exhibition 13), may have played a leading and significant role in this tragedy, which the Chinese government may directly or indirectly help with their only found fusion device, and they all have benefited from this anti-terrorist war tremendously.
46. In addition, a Chinese government-owned enterprise, i.e., Shanghai Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd, bought tens of thousands of tons of scrap steel of WTC from the City of New York, and mild them all, this is another evidence that the Chinese government may have been involved with the destruction of evidence of the crime.
47. It is imperative for us to address these issues promptly; otherwise, fairness and peace may remain elusive. Many Chinese citizens are weary of the Communist Party’s monopolistic rule, and ideological and social differences might escalate into conflicts, potentially leading to war between China and Taiwan. Given the real conflicts like the ongoing disputes between Hamas and Israel, and Russia and Ukraine, there’s a looming risk of a third world war erupting unless we uncover the truth about 9/11. 48. Therefore I ask the court to order the Chinese government to credit my creative works, and pay an infringement fee of $5.000.000.000 the copyright infringement violation, and another $5.000,000,000 for the WTC fake anti-terrorist war and destruction of evidence.
